Before we enrolled our 4-year-old son at Benwerrin Kindergarten in Burwood, I was anxious whether he would like it as he did not have a good experience at the other childcare facility. But I am happy to share that we (parents) were encouraged on our first visit (on the orientation day) as the kindergarten teacher and the team approached, described, and discussed the program and the available services with us. Since our kid started Benwerrin, there is not a single day he did not want to go to the kinder and meet and play with the educators and his friends. He has developed a keen interest in dance, art, science experiments, and social play. I am delighted to see his smiling face every day, not only while dropping him to kinder but also while picking him up. Special thanks to the teacher and the team for providing a loving, caring, and friendly environment for our son! We appreciate your efforts in inculcating a positive attitude and healthy habits in our kid's mind in his early years. Probably, he remembers you always, and we too!

We honestly cannot speak highly enough of Benwerrin Kindergarten. Our daughter started her kindergarten journey there as a reserved little 3-year-old & by the end of 4-year-old kindergarten, had flourished into a confident, happy 5 year old more than ready to start Primary School! Benwerrin Kindergarten offers the children a safe & happy space to learn, grow, develop & achieve - the educators are absolutely wonderful & what I also appreciated was the communication- detailed weekly updates on what the children had learnt in the past week (plus loads of photos so I got to keep those precious memories too)

My son is attending Benwerrin Kindergarten 4yo Group this year. He is very happy with his kindergarten. He likes the kinder program because his kindergarten incorporates lots of singing, dancing, arts and yoga into the program and makes everyday so enjoyable and stimulating for little ones. My son also likes his kindergarten teacher because his kindergarten teacher is very gentle, kind, caring, artistic and attentive! I can see the kinder team work very hard and the staff is highly professional and dedicated.. My son feels very safe and happy here. His class performance and engagement has impressive progress than last year when he was in another kindergarten. I feel very happy to choose Benwerrin Kindergarten for my son.

I can only say only good thing about Benwerrin Kinder. This is my son's 2nd year of 4yo Kinder and Benwerrin has definitely surpassed our expectations. The teacher and all the staff are dedicated, enthusiastic, caring and exceptionally professional. The curriculum is wonderful and cannot be faulted. My little boy loves going to Kinder and always leaves with a smile on his face. He wakes up at 6am and insists that he wants to be first at Benwerrin. Compared to my son's previous Kinder, Benwerrin blows them out of the water. Furthermore my little man has come out of his shell and blossomed with the help of the kinder teacher and her team. I am now confident that he will continue to grow and progress well in primary school with the foundation that the kinder teacher has provided for him. Thank you teacher and the team at Benwerrin for their Wonderful work. If I could give the teacher, her team and Benwerrin more than 5 stars I would. A+++++++++

Having had both my children attend Benwerrin Preschool, it has been nothing but a rewarding, enjoyable and positive experience. The team of educators are amazing - one in particular who is always welcoming and loved by both children and parents, and is extremely passionate about how the kinder operates, and her care given to children. As a parent, there was never a concern with how my children would spend their day, and be looked after. Highly recommended.

Every morning Elsa would greet "Good morning "a girl who only says "hi" when greeting people.

"No worries, it's “ok" says Elsa to her classmate who is crying and upset when Mummy left. This is usually her big brother says to her.

"It's your turn now, I can wait" Elsa passes her favorite toy to her classmate in 3YO kinder room.

All these moments happened after Elsa attended the 3YO pre-kinder at Benwerrin Kindergarten.

My Daughter joined the Benwerrin 4-year-old Kindergarten Wombat Group and from the moment we stepped in the door at Benwerrin it was a warm and caring environment. The teachers at Benwerrin go above and beyond to ensure kids are safe, happy, constantly encouraged and engaged. Kindergarten conducted many colorful events throughout the whole year, parent education sessions to understand the improvement areas of my child and a heartwarming final graduation ceremony with our children’s performances. Also, during the pandemic, the teachers did a great job by conducting online sessions for our children which was very helpful for my child to stay connected with teachers and other kids. I highly recommend Benwerrin Kindergarten to parents in the community as it’s so amazing!"

We moved our daughter to 4 yo kinder in Benwerrin this year and she absolutely loves it!! She finds the teaching staff warm, inclusive and supportive, and loves her fun filled day of singing, dancing, yoga and much much more. Best decision we made moving her over, and we are grateful for the support and care she receives from her kinder teacher and all the other lovely kinder staff to support her in her preschool journey.

This kinder and the educators here are lovely. They support learning through music and dance which is lovely to see. My daughter enjoys the program and we can really see the effort, care and love the educators put into teaching our little kids. Thanks team!
